She manages platform and educational content development, sets the roadmap with technical leadership, and oversees all programme management for development projects. Yvette drives customer engagement by managing key client accounts, conducting workshops and demos, and ensuring client feedback translates into platform enhancements. She also contributes commercial and strategic input, shaping product roadmap decisions and identifying opportunities for innovation.
